An agent desktop where every privileged action is gated — Agent tooling is welded to one vendor and lives inside an IDE or a terminal. Switching to a local model means switching tools — and any app that holds your API key while editing files and running commands is asking for trust it has not earned.

An AI job-generation platform, architected from nothing — A new AI product with no existing system to build on, needing secure multi-tenant identity and heavy file handling from day one — on a timeline that left no room to rebuild the foundation later.

A learning platform carrying two live products — An LMS and an on-demand services app both had to run as real products, with search, media and notifications that could not block a user request — built by a team spread across several time zones.

One monolith, split into modules teams could ship alone — A high-traffic e-commerce front end where every change — however small — meant redeploying the entire application, and every team waited on every other team to be ready.
